Join Our Team: Archers Wanted

Become Part of Long Island Wildlife Control's Deer Management Program

Are you an experienced, responsible bowhunter passionate about ethical wildlife management and helping Long Island communities? Long Island Wildlife Control is always looking for skilled archers to join our team in our professional suburban deer management program.

Led by Frank Kentoffio, a licensed Nuisance Wildlife Control Operator, our group specializes in safe, discreet archery-based deer removal on private properties across Nassau and Suffolk Counties. We focus on reducing overpopulation humanely, prioritizing antlerless deer for long-term effectiveness—all while protecting homeowners' landscapes and minimizing risks like Lyme disease and vehicle collisions.

Why Join Us?

**Gain Exclusive Access**
Hunt on private suburban properties where public access is limited opportunities not available through standard hunting seasons. Thanks to Deer Damage (Nuisance) Permits, our program allows year-round hunting access on participating properties.
**Make a Real Impact**
Contribute directly to balancing Long Island's deer population and supporting healthier local ecosystems.
**Ethical & Professional**
We emphasize safety, discretion, quick humane harvests, and responsible venison handling (often donated to local food pantries).
**Extended Opportunities**
Participate year-round through Deer Damage Permits for consistent management work.
**Be Part of a Dedicated Team**
Work alongside fellow experienced Long Island archers committed to community service and responsible hunting.
